Kristan serves as chief executive officer, recommends and participates in the formulation of new policies and ensures implementation of existing policies as approved by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. She also plans, organizes directs and coordinates the staff, programs and activities of the association to assure that objectives are attained, plans fulfilled, and needs of the membership met.
Kristan serves as staff liaison to the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Budget and Finance Committee, Leadership Committee and Political Action Committee.

Dana is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the annual events including Casino Night, Spring Golf Tournament, May Madness at the Salt Lick, Summer Nights Happy Hour, Business Exchange, Bowling Tournament, Fall Golf Tournament and the annual Trade Show. She also coordinates several general membership meetings including the Supplier Connection, Holiday Gala, and Installation of Officers & Awards Banquet.
Dana serves as the staff liaison to the Products and Services Council and to all special event committees.
Jennifer is the editor of the Window on Rental HousingMagazine, the Windowpane Newsletter, and Friday Facts.She coordinates all aspects of these publications, including layout and design, content, theme and advertising.
Jennifer serves as the staff liaison to the Communications Advisory Committee (COMAC).
In this position, Rachel's goal is to establish relationships with local and state government officials and staff to encourage communication and become part of the decision-making process in matters relating to the multi-family housing industry. One of Rachel's duties is to research local issues including ordinances and regulations that may affect AAA members.
Rachel serves as the staff liaison to the Legislative Committee and the AAA Political Action Committee.
Taylor is responsible for all aspects of membership and business development for the association. This includes recruiting new members, answering questions about member benefits and services as well as coordinating volunteer involvement through membership drives, retention programs, and onsite outreach programs. In addition, Taylor also leads the association’s apartment awareness programs through career fairs and partnerships with the Austin Community College.
Taylor is also the staff liaison for the Membership Committee, Professional Development Council, and ECHO Young Professionals Group.
Amy is responsible for TAA form sales, form inventory, event registration and invoices, and processing mail. She is the first line of contact for many AAA members.

As the Director of Marketing & Communications, Lauren is responsible for the design of association marketing pieces including programs, flyers and graphics. She also maintains the AAA website and manages all of the online advertising.
She is the staff liaison for the Community Outreach Committee.
